Mears Michigan and The sand dunes are seemingly everywhere in the area, and are nestled between Silver Lake and Lake Michigan. What a site to see! It is about a two mile walk from the entrance of the sand to observing the water of Lake Michigan. It is so much fun being out there it seems like youre in a desert in some distant country but with all the benefits of knowing you are safe on American soil. Out there everything seems really far away but in truth it is not so far.

I have always liked taking photographs as far back as I can remember So when I Attended University of Alaska I took the opportunity to take several photography classes while earning my associate's degree in business. My passion for photography grew even more and now I spend almost all my time with it. Currently I use an Olympus E 410 /10 megapixel digital cameras and a Cannon EOS ELAN for film photography. Although I took photography classes, nothing can teach me as well as teaching myself by reading, practice, and hard work.
